Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

INservicios, Panama City, Republic of Panama, is responsible for account and website data. For the business data you upload, your company is the controller and we act as a processor on its behalf. Contact: bi@inservicios-pa.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, work email, company, role and login activity.

Business data you upload: products, inventory, sales, customers, suppliers, orders, warehouses and similar operational records, which may include contact details of your customers or suppliers.

Usage data: pages used, device and browser information, and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or forms.

3. How we use data

To provide, secure and support the service; to create and run trials; to send service emails (sign-in links, reminders, invoices); to improve the product; to answer your requests; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your business data for advertising.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run NexusChain: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI features; your data is not used to train their models), Resend (email delivery), Paddle (payments and invoicing, as Merchant of Record) and OpenStreetMap (map tiles). They process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.

5. International transfers

Some providers store or process data outside Panama, including in the United States. We rely on contractual and technical safeguards to protect data transferred abroad.

6. Security

Each company's data is isolated at the database level (row-level security), encrypted in transit and at rest; passwords are hashed with bcrypt; access is controlled by roles. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers of any breach as required by law.

7. Retention

We keep account and business data while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it; trial data is deleted after the trial ends. Invoices and legally required records are kept for the period the law requires.

8. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, portability or objection regarding your personal data (ARCO rights under Law 81). Write to bi@inservicios-pa.com; we answer within the legal deadline. You may also complain to Panama's National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Changes

We will publish any updates to this policy on this page and notify customers of significant changes.
