Each order with product, planned and completed quantity, status and priority. Move it forward with one click: confirm, start production, complete.

Schedule
A Gantt chart of orders per work center over time, to spot bottlenecks and reschedule.

Live monitoring
The plant in real time: OEE per work center, units, scrap, charts, the event log and the andon board. It refreshes every 10 seconds.
Example: Acme's kit line
Acme assembles variety boxes: the kitting line runs at 79.7 % OEE and shrink-wrap had a 20-minute stop for a film jam; monitoring shows it in amber.
Tips
- Plant operators record counts, scrap and downtime from the operator station.
