What it's for

To see quickly where the supply chain is doing well and where it isn't, with targets, trends and explanations.

Step by step

    BI Panel

    A scorecard of supply chain indicators (service, inventory, costs) with traffic lights against target, statistical process control and Pareto analysis. Click a metric to give the AI context and ask why it moved.

  2. 2

    Analytics

    Every indicator by module with its value, change and target, plus active alerts. Filter by module to focus on one area.

Example: On-time delivery in red

OTD shows 78.6 % against a 95 % target. You click the metric and ask the AI what explains it: it shows the customers and routes with the most delays.

Tips

  • Adjust targets in Settings → Targets so the traffic lights reflect your reality.
