Operations app (phone)
What warehouse operators and drivers see on their phones.
What it's for
Each person sees only their work and does it by scanning. Every scan is recorded with its time, which is where the real task times come from.
Step by step

Home and shift
The operator starts the shift and sees their areas — receive & put away, picking, packing, counting and loading — with what's pending in each. It installs on the phone like an app.

Guided trip
On a pick trip the app shows the route in 3D and goes stop by stop: location, product, quantity and which tote it goes in. When a stop is done, the next one starts by itself.

Tasks with scanning
Each step is confirmed by scanning with the camera, a scanner or typing the code; if it doesn't match, it warns. If a product has no dimensions, it asks to measure it at receiving.

Driver deliveries
The driver sees the day's deliveries, leaves on route, marks arrival at each stop and captures the recipient's signature. Their location is recorded with each delivery.
Example: An 18-line trip
Acme's operator opens trip RP-260925-01: 6 orders, 18 lines and 86 m planned. At the first stop they scan TOC-CD-A01-4-2, take 4 filters and put them in tote 6.
