What it's for

Control everything that happens inside the warehouse: what comes in, what goes out, who does what and where everything is.

Step by step

    Overview

    Active and completed tasks, average time, pending receipts and shipments, location utilization and tasks by status and type. Each section starts from here.

    3D warehouse

    The warehouse plan with racks, levels, areas and docks, linked to the locations. Click a position to see what it holds, or search a product to see where it is. In "Layout editor" you draw the warehouse once.

    Tasks, receiving and shipments

    Create and assign tasks (put away, pick, pack, count, load), record receipts from suppliers and confirm shipments. Operators carry them out from their phones.

Example: The Tocumen DC

Acme's 3D warehouse has 18 racks and 216 positions; the blue ones have open tasks. The warehouse manager searches a filter and the view highlights its rack and level.

Tips

  • With the layout drawn, picking, slotting and the phone app work with real walking distances.
