What it's for

Tailor the app to your company and control who does what.

Step by step

  1. 1

    General and preferences

    Company name, currency, date format and language. In Preferences you choose whether the planning cycle asks for approval and whether AI recommendations appear on their own or behind a button.

  2. 2

    Users, modules, integrations and targets

    Invite users and assign their role and warehouses; turn on the modules your company uses; connect your ERP; and set each indicator's target.

Example: A new operator

The admin invites the new operator with the "Warehouse operator" role and the Tocumen warehouse: when they sign in, they go straight to the phone app with their tasks.

Tips

  • Give each person the least role they need: the menu adjusts itself.
